1//Unless otherwise stated, each piece is handmade to order. I typically ship via USPS, within 5-7 business days of your purchase, although usually much sooner. Business days are considered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

4// Once your packaged is dropped off with USPS, their possible shipping delays are beyond control and the shipping dates given here are only estimates. If you require faster shipping, please select the rush shipping option or contact me for additional options.

International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, if assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

These fees are beyond my jurisdiction and the responsibility of the buyer. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For USPS deliveries in the USA, it is usually uncommon for packages to be lost.

If your package tracking says delivered but it isn't at the mailing address, in most cases, the postal worker has left the item around the perimeter of the mailing address or with neighbors, or members of your household.

If, after 48 hours, your package is not located, please contact me so I can submit a missing mail search with USPS.

If you suspect theft, please file a report with USPS.

Refunds are not given for packages that are lost after dropping them off to USPS or for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. To protect your purchases, it is highly recommended to purchase shipping insurance.

1/ I offer exchanges within seven days of order. Please see individual listings for more specific policies.

2/ Jewelry repairs on items purchased from my Etsy shop are free. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees to and from my studio and for costs if components need to be replaced. Please contact me if you need a repair.
